Privacy Policy

Next Million Consulting ("Next Million," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://nextmill.ai and provides agency services that include managing advertising campaigns and syncing conversion data on behalf of our clients. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy covers

• Website visitors — people who visit https://nextmill.ai.
• Prospective clients — people who contact us through the website, by email, by phone, or through a booking link.
• Clients — businesses that engage Next Million for advertising and conversion-tracking services, and the individuals authorized to act on their behalf.

It does not cover the end customers of our clients. Their information is governed by their own business's privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

From website visitors

• Pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar basic analytics our hosting provider collects in its server logs.
• Information you voluntarily provide — for example if you email us, schedule a call through our booking link, or fill out a contact form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message you send.

From clients

• Business contact information (company name, billing address, authorized contact names and emails).
• Access credentials or authorization grants needed to perform the engagement — for example, manager-account ("MCC") access to your Google Ads account, API access to your customer-relationship or field-service tools (such as Jobber), and access to your call-tracking provider (such as CallRail or WhatConverts).
• Operational data produced while we perform services — quote records, conversion events, campaign data, reports, and logs of uploads we perform on your behalf.

We do not ask for, store, or process

• Your end customers' payment card or bank information.
• Social security numbers or other government identifiers.
• Health or medical information.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
• Perform the services a client has engaged us for, including syncing offline conversion data into client advertising accounts.
• Send transactional messages such as service updates, invoices, and audit reports.
• Keep records of work performed for accounting, legal, and quality-assurance purposes.
• Improve our tools and service quality.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising to you, and we do not share client conversion data across tenants.

4. How we share information

We share information only:

• With subprocessors we use to deliver our services — for example, our hosting provider (Netlify), our database provider (Neon), our application-platform provider (Fly.io), and the APIs of the tools a client has asked us to integrate (Google Ads, Jobber, CallRail, WhatConverts). These providers access information only as needed to operate our service on our behalf.
• With authorized members of the client's own team, when that client has directed us to do so.
• If required by law, for example in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, with notice to affected clients.

We do not share, trade, rent, or sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain client operational records for as long as the engagement is active and for up to seven years afterward for accounting and audit purposes, unless a shorter period is required by law or a longer period is required by a pending legal matter.

We retain website contact-form and inquiry records for up to three years, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Clients may request deletion of their operational records by writing to zeus@nextmill.ai. We will honor the request unless retention is required by law.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, including TLS encryption in transit, access-controlled storage, audit logging of write operations against client advertising accounts, and the principle of least privilege for staff access. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and analytics

The nextmill.ai website uses standard web-server logs to understand traffic patterns. If we add analytics or advertising tags in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them, and EU/UK visitors will see a cookie consent banner as required.

8. Your choices

• Access, correction, deletion. Email zeus@nextmill.ai to ask what information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. We respond within 30 days.
• Opt-out of communications. Any operational email we send includes instructions for opting out of non-essential messages.
• Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no industry consensus on what the signal should mean.

Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local law. Email us and we will respect rights that apply to you.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email zeus@nextmill.ai and we will delete it.

10. International users

Next Million is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. By using our services, you consent to that transfer.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The updated policy will be posted at https://nextmill.ai/privacy.html with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
